I highly recommend this Hilton. If we ever visit Phoenix again, this is my first choice to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. We asked for a crib in our reservation, and to our delight, when we got to the room, the crib (not a pack and play though that is another option) was waiting in the room and all set up for us.

The hotel and parking garage was all new and very accessible (for strollers and wheelchairs). Everything was lit up at night. It also felt very safe for a family.

We also asked to put a bag into their freezer, which they did and we are grateful for that.

We also received complimentary 2 water bottles.

I stayed here and was lucky to get one of the corner rooms with a balcony for your morning coffee or sunset views. Definitely worth it to get this room if it’s available. Hotel brings the outside and inside together with spacious outdoor pool areas and sliders that open up to the outside so you feel there are no barriers.

Pool is heated which is great for visiting in the prime time for spring season like I did. The fire pits are lit at night adding a nice touch as you unwind after dinner. The gym is wildly popular and offers enough equipment to get your workout. It is a little smaller so bear in mind if you plan to workout to get there early or when there are less people. To me, it was nice to see the gym being used at the hotel.

Hotel has nice on site restaurant and bar that opens to the pool area. There is also a Starbucks on the ground floor so you can have freshly brewed coffee. The area is quiet and I felt safe being here by myself while visiting my friends and family. There is a valet and large parking garage for parking. Convenient location to get around and not too long of a drive to the airport if you are flying in like me.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms. We only stayed here for one night but an extra one would not have been a bad thing. Really appreciated the style of the hotel. There is a little Starbucks it is open in the morning but closes early. It would be nice if it was open longer. Beautiful evening views from the room.

Fantastic experience ~ Our Room was Clean and Comfortable. We had a wonderful Bell Hop assist us on our arrival 4/26/25 A tall gentleman that was so polite and helpful get our things to our Room. Michael brought our cart to our Room as we were checking out and helped us load our car with our “Baby in Tow”
Jordan the Food and Beverage Manager is Exceptional ~ answered all our questions as we arrived to have lunch with 7 of my Daughters Friends.
Najia such a friendly and wonderful Waitress. Charlie is so nice and assisted us upon leaving with our car.
We had the best time. Will tell all our Family and Friends about this Beautiful Hotel and Wonderful Staff. Thank you,

Nice and modern hotel. Good location. Easy parking. Fair price.

Issues were primarily with house keeping. One of our 2 rooms had blood over the sheets on the first night.

In the other room, the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty… didn’t notice until half way though my shower. Had to get out, get dressed and call down for more conditioner…. Both issues were resolved professionally - but really shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Easy to avoid these things with higher house keeping standards.
